4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled under the following conditions: Before the vendor has started preparing the order. If the vendor is unable to fulfill the order. To cancel an order, contact Zapple customer support immediately. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
4.2 Refunds:
Refunds will be issued in the following situations: Orders canceled before preparation. Orders not delivered due to vendor error or inability to fulfill. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of ordering. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
